December 11 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's ministry of European integration has said the government will open two more chapters in its membership negotiations with the European Union on Monday.
The government will start talks on Chapter 2 - Freedom of Movement For Workers, and Chapter 3 - Right of Establishment & Freedom to Provide Services during the Montenegro-EU Intergovernmental Accession Conference in Brussels, the European integration ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
Last month, the president of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, said he expects Serbia and Montenegro to join the European Union (EU) before 2025.
Montenegro has started talks on 28 out of the 35 chapters of EU body of law and has provisionally closed negotiations on three, namely Chapter 30 - External Relations, Chapter 25 - Science & Research and Chapter 26 - Education & Culture.
