June 14 (SeeNews) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has said Montenegrin state-owned railway infrastructure company Zeljeznicka Infrastruktura Crne Gore (ZICG) has invited tenders for a tunnel rehabilitation project.
The project includes the rehabilitation of a 322 metre-long tunnel on the Vrbnica-Bar railway line in Montenegro, the EBRD said in a notice posted on its website.
The works include washing and cleaning the interior surfaces of the lining with the removal of loose parties of concrete, production and installation of perfo-anchors, production of reinforced concrete seals, repair of contraction joints and cracks, production and installation of steel centering, contact injecting, preparation of the shotcrete lining, lining from the pumped concrete and production of waterproofing.
Tenders must be delivered until July 23, 2018, and the time for completion of the works is 12 months, followed by a 24 month-defects notification period, the EBRD said.
Zeljeznicka Infrastruktura Crne Gore intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD towards the cost of the project, the bank added.
