March 28 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's government is inviting bids for the design and construction of a six-person chairlift in the winter resort of Kolasin.
The project, with a total budget of 9 million euro ($10.1 million), envisages the construction of six-person chairlift with a capacity for 2,600 skiers per hour that will link the Kolasin 1600 and Kolasin 1450 ski tracks, the government said in a statement on Wednesday.
The works are expected to last for 12 months.
In January 2018, prime minister Dusko Markovic said the government plans to invest 60 million euro by 2020 to improve Montenegro's winter tourism infrastructure in the areas of Kolasin, Mojkovac and Bijelo Polje.
