February 23 (SeeNews) - The Montenegrin state acquired a further 0.96% of port operator Luka Bar [MNSE:LUBA] for a total 485,900 euro ($515,000), local media reported on Thursday.
The state bought 544,000 shares at 0.82 euro apiece, bourse data showed.

Prior to this transaction the state owned 77.567% of Luka Bar, according to bourse data.
Luka Bar's capital is divided into 56,766,736 shares.
Besides the state, the other shareholders in Luka Bar piror to the planned change in its ownership structure are CK - Zbirni kastodi racun 1 with 1.212%, Nikola Gazivoda - 0.486%, and other minor shareholders.
