PODGORICA (Montenegro), October 30 (SeeNews) – Montenegrin majority state-owned rail cargo operator Montecargo said it recorded a net loss of 876,780 euro ($974,955) in the first nine months of 2019, down from a 1.4 million euro net loss in the like period of last year, it said.
The company recorded an operating loss of 1.3 million euro, versus an operating loss of 1.4 million euro in the first nine months of 2018, while revenue rose to 4.7 million euro from 4.2 million euro, Montecargo said in an interim financial report filed with the country's stock exchange.
Operating costs, in turn, rose 9.9% year-on-year to 6.1 million euro, Montecargo said.
