PODGORICA (Montenegro), May 24 (SeeNews) – Montenegrin company CG Ski and Estonia's Baltic International Trading plan to invest a total of 5 million euro ($5.6 million) in the overhaul of tourist complex Mediteran, the Montenegrin government has said.
A consortium comprising CG Ski and Baltic International Trading will operate the complex for a period of 30 years under a concession agreement signed on November 21 last year, the government said in a statement on Thursday.
The conditions for the entry into force of the concession contract have been fulfilled and the government has approved the transfer of the management of Mediteran to the consortium.
Under the contract, CG Ski and Baltic International Trading will invest in the construction of an exclusive, luxurious, environmentally sustainable and economically profitable tourist complex of at least four-star category.
The Mediteran complex, located in Durmitor national park, spreads on about 13,900 sq m.
