January 15 (SeeNews) - Moldova's trade deficit widened by 27.2% on the year to $2.756 billion (2.411 billion euro) in the first eleven months of the year, the country's statistics bureau said on Tuesday.
Moldova's exports rose 13.5%, while imports increased by 20.3% through November , the statistics office said in a statement.
In November alone, exports fell by 1.2% on the year to $268.8 million, while imports were up by 14.8% to $522.7 million.
Moldova's trade deficit widened by 22% on the year to $2.4 billion in 2017.
