October 12 (SeeNews) - Moldova's industrial output increased by 6.9% year-on-year in August due to strong growth in mining and manufacturing, after dropping by 5.2% in June, the country's statistics office said on Wednesday.
The statistics office, BNS, provided no month-on-month comparison figures.
Moldova's industrial output for the first eight months of 2016 increassed 0.1% on the year.
