July 20 (SeeNews) - Moldova's industrial production decreased by 5.5% year-on-year in the first five months of 2023, the National Bureau of Statistics, BNS, said on Thursday, quoting seasonally adjusted data.
According to unadjusted data, Moldova's industrial output fell 6.4% on the year in January-May, the statistical office said in a monthly update.
In May alone, industrial output fell by an unadjusted 7.4% on the year while decreasing by an adjusted annual 7.1%. BNS provided no month-on-month comparison.
