April 12 (SeeNews) - Moldova's industrial output fell 1.7% year-on-year in February due to a strong decline in the mining sector, following a 6% advance in January, the country's statistical office, BNS, said on Wednesday.
BNS provided no month-on-month comparison figures.
Moldova's industrial output in the first two months of 2017 rose 1.9% on the year.
The country's industrial production increased 0.9% in 2016.
