June 29 (SeeNews) - Moldova will open tenders for upgrades on five road sections in the third and fourth quarter of this year, using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the bank said.
The road works are part of a project with a total estimated cost of 150 million euro ($173 million), the EBRD said in a notice on Thursday.
The project will require the procurement of rehabilitation services on two sections of Balti – Sarateni road, one section of Soroca-Arionesti road, and of two portions of Hincesti-Leova-Cahul road.
The tenders are open to participation to companies from any country.
