January 26 (SeeNews) - Shares representing an 8.5% stake in Bosnia's insurer Central Osiguranje traded in a 3 million marka ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) block transaction on the over-the-counter market, Sarajevo bourse data showed on Wednesday.
A total of 4,087 shares changed hands at 734.04 marka apiece in one transaction, the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) said in a notice.

Central Osiguranje's total share capital of 4.8 million marka is divided into 48,000 shares of 100 marka in par value each.
Local news agency Indikator reported on Wednesday that local financial services company ASA Finance purchased the Central Osiguranje shares from education center CEPS - Centar za poslovne studije Kiseljak. ASA Finance has thus raised its stake in Central Osiguranje to 95% from 86.48%, according to the report.
The transaction decreased CEPS's stake in Central Osiguranje to 5% from 13.5%.
ASA Finance acquired an 86.48% stake in Central Osiguranje for 25.6 million marka in early 2021.
