BUCHAREST (Romania), November 1 (SeeNews) – Dutch real estate consulting company MVGM said on Friday it has completed the acquisition of the property management division of real estate consulting company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Romania.
The acquisition is part of a larger agreement for the takeover of JLL's property management operations in Europe in ten European countries, MGVM said in a press release.

MVGM also announced the completion of the acquisition of the JLL property management division in Slovakia.
MVGM and JLL announced the acquisition agreement in July this year.
Romania is the seventh country where the procurement process ended.
The last series of transactions involving JLL's operations in Spain, Portugal and Poland, is planned for the end of 2019.
In September, JLL announced it is entering the residential market in Romania by launching the Living department within its Bucharest office.
JLL is a financial and professional services firm that specializes in commercial real estate services and investment management with 48,000 employees in 70 countries.
