March 25 (SeeNews) - Cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday, as stock indices ended up, bourse data showed.
A total of 823 Metalac shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 1.7 million dinars. Metalac closed flat at 2,040 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.09% higher at 730.16 points.
Civil engineering company Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price rose 2.69% to 648 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, rose 0.17% to 1,583.23.
The total turnover on the bourse decreased to 6.5 million dinars ($62,376/55,116 euro) on Monday from 7.8 million dinars on Friday, as 150 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the Belgrade Stock Exchange resulted in a turnover of 400,825 dinars.
No Treasury bonds changed hands on the stock exchange on Monday.
