May 15 (SeeNews) - Cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday, as share indices ended down, bourse data showed.
A total of 8,020 Metalac shares changed hands in turnover of 16 million dinars ($151,713/135,650 euro). Metalac share price stood flat at 2,000 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.28% lower at 733.01 points.
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price rose 0.38% to 800 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, fell 0.25% to 1,579.70.
The total turnover on the bourse rose to 23.7 million dinars on Wednesday, from 20.4 billion dinars on Tuesday, as 140 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the exchange generated a turnover of 719,541 dinars.
No Treasury bonds changed hands on the stock exchange on Wednesday.
