August 10 (SeeNews) - Romanian private healthcare services provider MedLife [BSE:M], led the decliners among the blue-chips on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Thursday, bourse data showed.
MedLife shares traded 4.36% lower at 37.3 lei, generating 110,026 lei in turnover.
The total equity turnover of the BVB fell to 28.5 million lei ($7.3 million/6.2 million euro) from 33 million lei on Wednesday.
Blue-chip lender Banca Transilvania [BSE:TLV] was 2.77% lower at 2.46 lei in the day's largest turnover of 13.7 million lei.
Blue-chip natural gas producer Romgaz [BSE:SNG] stood to 29.30lei in the day's second largest turnover of 2.76 million lei.
Romanian power supplier and distributor Electrica [BSE:EL] rose 0.87% in 13.92 lei in the day's third largest turnover of 2.54 million lei.
