February 23 (SeeNews) - U.S.-based recruitment company ManpowerGroup has decided to introduce a four-day working week for all of its employees in Southeast Europe (SEE), it said.
Manpower has conducted a four-month trial run of the project, the company said in a statement on Tuesday, describing the project as an undeniable success.
"As our industry's leaders, we prioritise storydoing and are constantly driving the positive change. We are looking forward to sharing the experience of the four-working-day project with other companies," ManpowerGroup SEE managing partner Aleksandar Hangimana said.
ManpowerGroup has offices in Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Slovenia.
