BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), May 19 (SeeNews) - A stake of 89.81% in Bosnian brewer Banjalucka Pivara [BANJ:BLPV-R-A] was traded on the Banja Luka bourse (BLSE) for 24.8 million marka ($14.2 million/12.7 million euro) on Friday, bourse data revealed.
A total of 18,658,935 shares in the brewer changed hands at 1.3 marka apiece, according to data posted on the website of the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
According to local news portal Indikator, it is likely that London-based investment fund Altima Partners has exited the company by selling its 89.81% stake.
