November 23 (SeeNews) - UK-based Bovard Ltd., the majority shareholder of Toplofikatsia-Burgas [BUL:TPLB], the heating utility serving the Bulgarian coastal city of Burgas, has decreased its shareholding interest to 79.35%, the utility said on Tuesday.
In a deal concluded on November 22, Bovard Ltd. sold 210,300 shares of the heating utility's equity capital, thus bringing the number of shares under its control to 22,946,177, Toplofikatsia-Burgas said in a bourse filing.

In October, Bovard announced it slashed its shareholding in Toplofikatsia-Burgas to 83.5%. Bovard held a stake of 89.58% in Toplofikatsia-Burgas at the end of June.
As at 15:00 CET on Tuesday, shares in Toplofikatsia-Burgas traded flat at 1.51 levs ($0.87/0.77 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
