October 5 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:EUBG] said that its majority shareholder Starcom Holding [BUL:S28H] decreased its interest in the group to 51.36% on September 30.
Starcom Holding currently owns 133,793,415 shares with voting rights in Eurohold Bulgaria's capital, the financial and insurance group said in a bourse filing on Monday.

At the beginning of September, Eurohold Bulgaria said that its majority shareholder has lowered its interest in the group to 55.48%, representing 144,513,415 shares with voting rights.
Eurohold's shares closed flat at 2.08 levs ($1.23/1.06 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday.
Eurohold Bulgaria's portfolio currently includes companies active in financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales.
