April 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian heating utility company Toplofikatsiya-Ruse [BUL:TPLR] said on Monday that its majority owner - Toplofikatsiya-Pleven, has lowered its interest in the company to 88.79% from 94.80%.
Toplofikatsiya-Pleven sold 677,100 shares in the company for an undisclosed price on April 16, Toplofikatsiya-Ruse said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.

Shares in Toplofikatsiya-Ruse last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 3.1 levs ($1.91/1.59 euro), which would value the 677,100 shares sold at 2.1 million levs.
Toplofikatsiya-Ruse started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on March 5. The heating utility company lowered its net profit to 5.3 million levs in 2020 from 11.1 million levs in 2019, according to its latest financial statement. The company's revenue fell to 72.1 million levs last year from 82.8 million levs the year before.
