September 17 (SeeNews) - Macedonian farming company ZK Pelagonija [MSE:ZPKO] said that it has repurchased 272 own shares on the floor of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
Following the transaction, ZK Pelagonija holds 2,010 own shares, the company said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The 2,010 shares are equivalent to 1% of the company's registered capital, according to bourse data.
ZK Pelagonija shares last traded on the MSE at a price of 2,853 denars ($54.1/46.4 euro) apiece.
