February 12 (SeeNews) - Macedonian food company Vitaminka [MSE:VITA] said on Monday it is planning to buy a 7.3 million euro ($8.9 million) land plot, along with adjacent buildings, from local lender Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB].
The company plans to partially finance the acquisition through a 5.3 million euro loan from Komercijalna Banka, it said in a bourse filing.

Vitaminka shareholders will vote on the two proposals at an extraordinary meeting scheduled for March 14.
Vitaminka specialises in production of chocolate confectionery and crisp snacks. The company exports over 45% of its output primarily to Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Kosovo, Australia, and the U.S.
