December 6 (SeeNews) - Macedonian lender UNI Banka [MSE:UNI] said that it intends to issue a 5 million euro ($5.7 million) perpetual bond.
UNI Banka will include the proceeds in its Tier 1 capital, the lender said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The bonds will carry an annual coupon of 9% in their first five years, and 11% after that.
Interest payments will be made once per year.
The issue will consist of 5,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each.
