November 8 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's Stopanska banka Skopje [MSE:STB] said on Wednesday its net profit edged up to 1.88 billion denars ($35.5 million/30.6 million euro) in nine months through September from 1.85 million denars in the same period last year.
The lender’s net interest income rose to 2.8 billion denars in the January-September period from 2.7 billion denars in the like period of 2016, Stopanska banka said in a bourse filing.
Net fee and commission income increased to 727.8 million denars in the review period from 696.0 million denars a year earlier.
Net impairment losses of financial assets grew to 566.5 million denars compared to 377.4 million denars the year before.
Personnel expenses fell to 580.3 million denars in the nine months through September from 586.6 million denars in the like period of 2016.
Other operating expenses remained nearly unchanged at 759.7 million denars.
Stopanska banka Skopje is majority owned by the National Bank of Greece.
