April 28 (SeeNews) - Macedonian farmer markets operator Skopski Pazar [MSE:SPAZ] said on Monday it will pay a net dividend of 124 denars ($2.8 /2.0 euro) per ordinary stock and 186 denars per preferred share for 2013, unchanged from a year earlier.
Skopski Pazar will retain its 2013 net profit of 29.6 million denars as undistributed earnings, it said in a filing with the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE).
The company will also pay a total of 8.8 million euro in dividend on its ordinary shares and 2.9 million euro on its preferred stocks from profits accumulated by the end of 2008.
The dividends will be paid out by September 30.
Skopski Pazar's shareholders approved the proposals on April 27.
Skopski Pazar operates outdoor markets, along with supermarkets, warehouses, restaurants and furniture and textile retail stores.
