SKOPJE (Macedonia), April 1 (SeeNews) – Macedonian holding company Replek [MSE:REPL] said on Tuesday it will pay a net dividend of 3,998 denars ($89.2/64.7 euro) per share for 2013, as much as it did a year earlier.
The dividend will be paid from the company’s accumulated earnings in previous years, Replek said in a statement filed with the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
The company's shareholders approved the dividend proposal on March 31.
Replek’s consolidated net profit fell 13% to 138.5 million denars in 2013.
Replek's main line of business is the production of generic drugs.
