SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 21 (SeeNews) – Macedonia's real net wage increased by 4.6% year-on-year in October, after growing by an annual 3.3% in September, the national statistical office said on Friday.
In nominal terms, the average net wage in Macedonia added 6.3% to 24,817 denars ($457.0/399.8 euro) in October, after increasing by 4.8% in September, Makstat said in a statement.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average nominal net wage in Macedonia increased by 1.9% in October. The strongest annual wage growth in nominal terms, of 22.2%, was registered in mining and quarrying , followed by information and communications with 18.7%.
