May 12 (SeeNews) - The number of tourists that visited Macedonia in the first three months of 2015 rose by 4.6% to 98,709, the country's statistics office said on Tuesday.
Tourist overnights decreased by an annual 0.7% to 202,919 in the January-March period, with foreigners accounting for 119,347 of the total, the statistics office said in a statement.
In March alone, most foreign tourists visiting Macedonia came from Serbia, followed by tourists from Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania and Kosovo.
