October 12 (SeeNews) - Macedonian fuel storage and transport company Oilco KDA [MSE:OILK] said on Friday that it has repurchased 18 own shares for an undisclosed price.
The number of shares is equal to a 0.0072% stake in the company, according to bourse data.
Following the transaction, Oilco KDA holds 1,661 own shares, equal to 0.66% of its capital, the company said in a bourse filing.
Oilco KDA has a fuel depot in the village Miladinovci near Skopje. The company transports petrol, diesel and heavy fuel oil, as well as compressed natural gas and liquid petroleum gas.
Oilco KDA's biggest shareholder is Macedonian fuel retailer Makpetrol [MSE:MPT].
