November 16 (SeeNews) - The premium income of Macedonian insurer Euroins Osiguruvanje declined 2.4% year-on-year to 7.25 million euro ($7.7 million) in the first ten months, parent company Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] said on Wednesday.
In October alone, the premium income of Euroins Osiguruvanje increased 3.5% to 670,000 euro, financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria said in a filing with the Sofia bourse.
The premium income of Skopje-based Euroins Osiguruvanje from third-party liability insurance dipped 1% uear-on-year to 4.83 million euro in the first ten months.
The premium income from general motor insurance decreased 2.2% to 593,000 euro during the period under review, while the premium income from property insurance rose 15.3% to 723,000 euro.
Euroins Osiguruvanje is a unit of Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), part of Eurohold Bulgaria.
