April 30 (SeeNews) - Macedonian paper and packaging mill Duropack [MSE:KOMU] said on Tuesday it turned to a net profit of 1.16 million denars ($24,460/18,750 euro) in the first three months of 2013 from a net loss of 16.6 million denars a year ago.
Duropack’s sales revenues edged down to 124.3 million denars in the first quarter from 126.6 million denars a year ago, it said in a filing with the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
The company turned to an operating profit of 425,000 denars in the first three months of 2013 from an operating loss of 20.0 million denars a year ago.
Skopje-based Duropack was formerly known as Komuna. It is majority owned by Austrian cardboard and packaging materials maker Duropack.
