SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 14 (SeeNews) – The business confidence indicator in Macedonia's manufacturing sector rose by 2.2 percentage points year-on-year in November, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the business confidence indicator in manufacturing increased by 0.2 percentage points in November, Makstat said in a statement on the results of a survey conducted among local managers.
“The situation with the current volume of production orders in November 2018 is less favourable compared to the previous month, while the expectations for the production volume for the next three months are more favourable and the stocks of finished goods have decreased compared to October 2018," the statistical office said.
Managers expect the number of employees in the manufacturing sector to increase over the following months.
