December 21 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's Bim Invest Inzhenering intends to launch a buyout bid for the stake it does not already own in local construction company Beton Stip, according to a filing to the Skopje bourse submitted by Beton Stip on Thursday.
Stip-based Bim Invest Inzhenering plans to offer 1,600 denars ($30.9/26.0 euro) per share, Beton Stip said.

Bim Invest Inzhenering held a 23.32% stake in Beton Stip at the end of July.
Beton Stip is a construction company based in eastern Macedonia. Until 1995, it was part of Beton Skopje. The company has completed projects in Macedonia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Libya and Iraq.
