November 22 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's real average net monthly wage increased 3.0% year-on-year in September, after rising 0.9% in the previous month, the national statistical office, Makstat, said on Wednesday.
In nominal terms, the average net wage in Macedonia grew 4.7% in September, reaching 23,229 denars ($444/378 euro), Makstat said in a statement.
The strongest wage growth was registered in entertainment and recreation, mining and quarrying, and the manufacturing sectors.
On a monthly comparison basis, net wages increased by a real 1.4% in September.
