May 22 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's real average net monthly wage increased by 1.2% year-on-year in March, after rising 2.2% in the previous month, data from the country's statistical office showed on Monday.
In nominal terms, the average net wage in Macedonia added 1.8% on the year in March, reaching 22,445 denars ($409.7/365 euro).
The strongest wage growth was registered in the sectors of mining and quarrying, financial and insurance activities and information and communication.
On a monthly comparison basis, net wages were flat in March.
