October 24 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's Agromehanika [MSE:AMEH], a company specialised in the wholesale of agricultural equipment and tools, said it had closed the sale of land and buildings in Skopje with a total area 12,897 sq m for 1 million euro ($1.08 million).
Agromehanika's shareholders approved the property sale to Tetovo-based construction materials producer POFIX in November.

The sold assets represent 65.6% of the total assets of Skopje-based Agromehanika, the company said in a filing with the Macedonian stock exchange on Friday.
Agromehanika's shares did not trade on Friday and Monday.
POFIX produces mortars, construction adhesives, joints filling, paints and other construction materials. It has a subsidiary in Kosovo.
