August 23 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's sole oil refinery Okta said it turned to a net profit of 509.51 million denars ($11.9 million/8.3 million euro) in the first half of 2011 from a net loss of 235.7 million denars a year earlier.

Greek oil group Hellenic Petroleum’s subsidiary EL.P.ET. Balkaniki owns 81.5% of the Macedonian refinery.
