February 2 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's sole oil refinery Okta [MSE:OKTA] said that Ioannis Geroulanos has been appointed as its new CEO as of January 30.
Okta is majority owned by EL.P.ET. Balkaniki, a subsidiary of Greek oil group Hellenic Petroleum.
Geroulanos will replace Victor Papaconstantinou, who will transfer to a position at the headquarters of Hellenic Petroleum Group in Athens, Okta said in a statement on its website on Friday.
Okta posted a net loss of 362 million denars (6.6 million/5.8 million euro) in the first nine months of 2014, up from 185 million denars a year earlier.
