June 20 (SeeNews) - Macedonian entrepreneur Tome Kornakov acquired a 15.65% stake in forwarding company Makosped from another local company, Busiko Skopje, Makosped said in a statement.
The entrepreneur bought a total of 123,390 shares in a single block transaction on June 14, according to a statement which Makosped filed with the Skopje bourse on Tuesday.

The deal totalled 22.8 million denars ($414,470/371,550 euro), as the shares changed hands at 185 denars apiece, data from the bourse showed.
Prior to the transaction, Busiko Skopje held a 18.92% stake in Makosped.
In 2016, Makosped booked a net profit of 11.4 million denars on an operating revenue of 70.1 million denars.
Makosped, which was established in 1946, offers transport and warehousing services.
