SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 6 (SeeNews) – The blue-chip index of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) rose amid higher turnover this week, bourse data showed on Friday.
The MBI-10 index, which tracks the 10 blue chips on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE), added 0.6% from last Friday to 1,584.31 points.
MSE's total stock turnover rose to 23.9 million denars ($528,130/388,500 euro) from 18.2 million denars a week earlier.
Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] was the most traded blue chip this week, generating a turnover of some 5.0 million denars.
The MSE bond index, the OMB, rose 0.8% from last week to end at 122.95 points on Friday.
