November 26 (SeeNews) - The loan portfolio of Macedonia’s commercial banks rose to 226.3 billion denars ($5.0 billion/3.7 billion euro) at the end of October from 217.1 billion denars a year ago, central bank data indicated.
Month-on-month, the banks' loan portfolio edged up 0.3 % in October, according to figures from the central bank.
Loans to households rose to 94.1 billion denars at the end of October from 93.1 billion denars a month earlier.
