Macedonian bakery products maker Zito Polog cuts stake in Pelagonija

October 13 (SeeNews) - Macedonian agricultural and stockbreeding company ZK Pelagonija [MSE:ZPKO] said on Friday that one of its shareholders - bakery products maker Zito Polog, has decreased its share in the company to 3.52%, from a previously held stake of over 5%.

In an another development, individual shareholder Nenad Yosifovik has increased it stake in Pelagonija to 7.34%, from previously holding under 5%, the company said in a bourse filing.

ZK Pelagonija is active in agricultural production and trade, livestock breeding, transport and distribution services.
