November 9 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's central bank said on Wednesday it sold 22 billion denars ($396.9 million/359 million euro) in 35-day central bank (CB) bills, in line with target.
The coupon on the CB bills, which serves as Macedonia's benchmark interest rate, remained at 4%, unchanged from the previous auction on August 10, the central bank, NBRM, said on its website.

A 28-day CB bills issue worth 22 billion denars matured on November 9.
The NBRM last changed its monetary policy rate in May 2016, when it raised it by 75 basis points.
