September 12 (SeeNews) - The number of tourists that visited Macedonia in the first seven months of 2014 rose by 3.1% to 393,205, the country's statistics office said on Friday.
Tourist overnights decreased by an annual 0.7% to 1,119,298 in the January-July period, with foreigners accounting for 511,539 of the total, the statistics office said in a statement.
In July alone, most foreign tourists visiting Macedonia came from Turkey, followed by tourists from Serbia, the Netherlands and Poland.
