April 24 (SeeNews) - Valentin Zlatev, general manager of fuel retailer Lukoil Bulgaria, has been replaced by Bulat Subaev, former general manager of Lukoil Western European, the Sofia-based company said.
"The change is part of planned rotation of managerial staff within Lukoil," Lukoil Bulgaria said in an e-mailed statement made available to SeeNews on Tuesday.
Zlatev was appointed as head of the management board of Lukoil Bulgaria, replacing Aleksey Lambin, the representative of Lukoil president Vagit Alekperov, according to the statement.
Zlatev is also deputy chairman of the supervision board of Bulgarian oil refiner Lukoil Neftochim Burgas.
Valentin Zlatev has been general manager of Lukoil Bulgaria since the Russian oil company entered the Bulgarian market in 1999.
Lukoil Bulgaria is a subsidiary of Lukoil European Holdings, the European arm of Lukoil.
