LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), May 27 (SeeNews) – The share price of Slovenian port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] rose the most among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Monday, bourse data showed.
Luka Koper's shares closed 2.21% higher at 27.8 euro.
On Friday, Luka Koper said its operating profit decreased 1% year on year to 17.1 million euro ($19.2 million) in the first quarter of 2019.
Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] rose 1.97% after parent company NLB said late on Friday its consolidated after-tax profit rose to 57.9 million euro ($64.9 million) in the first quarter of 2019, 200,000 euro up year-on-year.
No losers were recorded on the LJSE on Monday.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed 0.75% higher at 878.32 points on Monday.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] contributed the largest portion, 693,090 euro, to Monday's total trading turnover on the LJSE, which fell to 1.68 million euro from 1.74 million euro on Friday.
