LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 13 (SeeNews) – Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] posted the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Monday, bourse data showed.
Luka Koper's shares closed at 24.5 euro, up 4.26%.
Last week, Luka Koper said its maritime throughput fell to 22.8 million tons last year, from 24.0 million tons in 2018.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] fell the most among the blue chips. The company's shares ended Monday's session 0.26% lower at 191.0 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, gained 1.51% to 980.08 points.
Total regulated market daily turnover rose to 2.72 million euro ($3.02 million) on Monday, from 2.48 million euro on Friday, with pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] contributing almost half of it – 1.20 million euro.
