LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), October 22 (SeeNews) – A drop in the share price of port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] dragged down the blue-chip SBITOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Tuesday, LJSE's data showed.
The SBITOP fell 0.30% to 871.23 points, as Luka Koper’s shares lost 2.08% to 23.5 euro.
Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJSE:NLBR] posted the biggest gains among the Slovenian blue-chip companies on Tuesday. NLB's share price rose 0.74% to 54.6 euro.
Fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] generated the largest portion of the LJSE's trading turnover on Tuesday - 485,670 euro. The total turnover of the stock exchange rose to 1.44 million euro ($1.6 million) from 541,870 euro on Monday.
