July 19 (SeeNews) - Following a brief rebound on Monday, the main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) fell on Tuesday amidst losses in index heavyweights Hrvatski Telekom and Ericsson Nikola Tesla, a bourse data showed.
The 22-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, dipped 0.14% to end at 1,941.80 points.
The narrower CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, declined 0.28% to close at 1,149.03 points.
Textile producer Cateks [ZSE:CTKS], which is not part of the two indices, was the most traded company on Tuesday with a turnover of 988,300 kuna ($135,000/132,000 euro). Its shares ended flat at 230 kuna.
Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] ranked second by turnover with 537,000 kuna. Its shares fell 0.85% to finish at 174 kuna.
Shares of ICT solutions provider Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] lost 1.58% to end at 1,560 kuna in a turnover of 346,000 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover reached 3.8 million kuna from 3.4 million kuna on Monday but remained relatively low.
